All our distributors offer free 1st line support in their respective countries, so your first point of contact will usually be the distributor from whom you purchased the software. Ceetron also offers free 1st and 2nd line support to all customers using the GLview Software.

Response time

Our support phone number is manned during normal office hours in Norway – from 08:00 to 16:00 (GMT+1), Monday – Friday. It is also possible to reach us through e-mail or by using the form to the right on this page if these times are inconvenient to you. We usually give feedback within four hours during our normal working hours.
